The Crimes Allegedly Committed Against MOB By UCT Trustees
Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the gap between my last post and this one. I trust you and yours are well, despite the ongoing attempted destruction of this world and everything we hold dear.
Unfortunately, the fight for my own survival because of the numerous crimes that are alleged to have been committed against me over the past two and a half years has intensified over the last four months, to say the least, which is the reason I have not posted here during that time.
Tomorrow night, Part Two of my webinar on The Reformation of UCT will stream on the A-FP Premium platform for all UCT community members [Part One will run first for those who missed it].
Both will give an account of the myriad of wrongdoings which I have been the victim of at the hands of those calling themselves The Trustees of UCT and the harm, injury, damage and loss they have caused both to myself and Universal Community Trust [UCT], the international organisation I founded and granted all my legal remedies into.
Action Stations
Action has now been taken to remedy all the consequences of the wrongdoings of a handful of untrustworthy men, who are still purporting to act for the hundreds of Trustees who have been appointed over the years from all over the world, as well as thousands of Beneficiaries.
In my capacity as the immovable Grantor of Universal Community Trust and its Founding Sovereign, it naturally falls upon me to do all that the UCT Trust Deed empowers me to do, in order to protect and preserve the beneficial interests of the Trust, as well as put right the wrongs done by those acting as if they speak for everybody within this international community, without the plenipotentiary right to do so.
In a brief summary of the action that has already been taken:
- Those who stand accused have been formally removed as Trustees by notice, on the grounds of material and multiple breaches of the UCT Trust Deed and the UCT Treaty.
- I have resigned my position as Trustee and taken the role of the Protector of UCT, with the primary duty of protecting and preserving the beneficial interests of the Trust.
- UCT Treasury has been annulled with immediate effect, the role of UCT Treasurer no longer exists and the dissolved Treasury is no longer holder-in-due-course of the Lien Creditor’s liens.
- These actions have been taken under the provisions of the UCT Trust Deed, which governs the administration of all matters relating to UCT.
- In addition, the accused were served a final demand that they make arrangements for the return of my car, which was taken without my consent on 06/02/2026 while I was in hospital, recovering from being poisoned with the psychoactive compounds I was spiked with whilst staying with two of the accused – the same two unscrupulous individuals who have admitted taking the car without my consent in writing and have tried to blackmail me into giving them monies that are neither due nor secured against the car to procure its return.
The notice was served upon the accused by email and two UCT Trustees were blind copied in to avert the possibility that the recipients could deny that the missive was delivered. To make absolutely certain of this the witnesses posted the notice in a private Signal group for UCT Trustees only.
Truly Pathetic Response
Not only was their post deleted by one of the accused, the loyal and diligent Trustees concerned and others who simply asked for disclosure of the supposed evidence that justifies the hopeless attempt to remove me as Grantor-Trustee were summarily deleted from the Signal group and ad hominems attacking them were posted by the accused.
How utterly pathetic a response that undeniably was, as well as being a damning example of the dishonourable, dishonest and cowardly behaviour of the accused.
It was also reported to me by an anonymous insider that when somebody tried to post a copy of my notice in the Lien Creditors Signal group – now run like a dictatorship in my absence – instead of responding appropriately to the serious questions raised, the poster was shot down in flames and the ability for members to make further posts was disabled.
Suffice to say, the truth fears no investigation but liars always do.
Hoisted On Their Own Petard
What is the only answer the accused have given to the many requests for full disclosure of the evidence they purport to be relying upon to remove me from UCT?
That it’s still being gathered and investigated!!!
Call me old fashioned but the gathering of evidence and the investigation of it ALWAYS comes before a valid judgment can be made, NEVER afterwards.
Needless to say, they have not responded to my notice removing them as Trustees and demanding the return of my car [even to deny their guilt], simply because they have no defence to my serious allegations and there is zero evidence that their allegations against me are true.
Their ludicrous postulation that they had “a lien right” to keep my car AFTER deceiving me into sending them the key when I was in hospital, before claiming monies which are not due or secured against the car, should be very troubling to all the Lien Creditors they falsely claim to represent the best interests of, since it emphatically shows how little understanding of the English Law of Liens they possess:
A lien is NEVER a claim, it is only ever a defence to a civil wrongdoing and a lien right is incapable of arising out of any form of deception or wrongdoing.
Put simply, in the absence of commissioned paid work on the car that remains unpaid, there is no lien right to keep it in their possession and by the act of deceiving me into sending them the key, on the promise of keeping my car safe while I was in hospital, they repudiated any and all rights upon which they might have otherwise relied at law.
In other words, the accused have hoisted themselves on their own petard and they have nobody else to blame but themselves for the serious consequences that will now ensue.
Part Two of The Restoration of UCT Webinar
On the basis that all members of the UCT community, including Trustees, Beneficiaries and the Lien Creditors, have a right to know who is responsible for wrongdoings intended to either hijack UCT Bank and which actions have been taken, I am going to name the accused and present the UCT Trust Deed, the Notice of Removal of Trustees and the Final Demand for the return of my car in Part Two of The Restoration of UCT Webinar.
In this shocking, disturbing and vital presentation for everybody interested and invested in all things UCT, which will start at 7:00 PM GMT tomorrow, Sunday 03 May, with a rerun of Part One, followed by Part Two, the UCT community will discover how, when and why:
1. I was maliciously betrayed from within UCT by those purporting to be closest to me.
2. My identity was stolen and my bank accounts cleared of thousands of pounds.
3. I was poisoned with enough psychoactive compounds to kill or put me in a coma, from the last week of December 2025 to 24 January 2026.
4. My car was taken without my consent by two of the accused, who then tried to blackmail me into paying them thousands of pounds to get it back.
5. The accused purported to remove me as Grantor-Trustee of UCT without the legal or equitable rights to do that and in material breaches of the UCT Trust Deed and the UCT Treaty.
6. The litany of wrongdoings committed by the individuals pretending to represent all the Trustees jeopardised UCT’s future and threatened its beneficial interests.
7. I was authorised by the UCT Trust Deed to unilaterally remove the errant Trustees from their positions by notice, in order to protect and preserve those beneficial interests.
8. Both the UCT Treasury and the position of Treasurer have been annulled and the Lien Creditors now have control of the destiny of their liens back in their own hands.
9. UCT Bank will be formed and launched within the private sector for trust and security reasons and the Lien Creditors, who no longer have any obligations to the nullified Treasury, will be invited to deposit their liens as Fixed Assets in our new bank, when it is operational.
10. The ground-breaking progress of UCT has been blighted by multiple betrayals of trust since it was founded, which makes continuing to operate the way we have been a risk I am no longer prepared to take.
11. UCT’s future progress now requires that it begins to operate as a new political, cultural and social movement for radical change, with its own credit-based, asset-backed financial system already in place.
12. I have no choice but to reform UCT under the radar until UCT Bank is up and running, to prevent further attempts to destroy it from within.
Last Word
Despite having been made homeless without a place to work, left without any transport, a passport and a driving license, as well as having been falsely accused of that which I am innocent of and having survived the largest spiking with psychoactive compounds in UK medical records, my enemies have done their worst to destroy me and failed so emphatically that their foolish, malicious recklessness almost defies belief.
Moreover, they have become so anxious about the potential consequences of their actions biting them where it hurts most that they have resorted to shutting down free speech within the UCT community whenever anybody questions them or asks for an appropriate response to the allegations I have made, which are of course supported by material evidence comprising of their own documented and independently witnessed guilty words and deeds.
Once the proceedings I am issuing against them conclude with the inevitable judgments in my favour, the names of the accused will forever be synonymous with deceit, betrayal and cowardice within the UCT community and beyond.
